Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped USPS First Class or Priority.
Orders placed by 2pm Monday-Friday are typically processed and shipped the same day or the next business day.

Possible Delays
We try our best to ensure your order will be delivered on time. Delays are possible during our Holiday and Sale Season. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

Also please note that we will ensure we process and ship orders each day. However after orders are in the hands of USPS we are no longer responsible for any delays as a result of the postal service.

To track your order please use the tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped. If your tracking number does not work visit www.usps.com to manually input your tracking number.

Mail Carrier Returned Orders
If a package is not able to be delivered by USPS it will likely be returned to sender (Enamored House of Hair). Please note these packages may take 5-7 business days to return to us. Once we receive the package we will attempt to redeliver the order. Processing for redeliveries for insufficient address or any other return reason may take 3 to 4 business days to process and reship due to high order volume.
Not entirely satisfied with your purchase?
While federal law prevents us from accepting extensions back due to its hygienic nature, we will gladly hear your concerns and fix any reasonable issue that you have with unused extensions in the form of an exchange.
Please note that in order to be eligible for an exchange extensions must be in original packaging with all bands, labels, and tags attached in the same manner that you received the extensions. Extensions must be unaltered meaning it has not been washed or co-washed, bleached, dyed or changed in any way.
Every aspect of the extension must be free from signs of use of any kind.
We regretfully cannot offer a refund under any circumstance.
Please dye or bleach extensions at your own risk.
