With the proper care, our extensions can last greater than 3 years. We recommend seeking a licensed stylist for installs and any coloring service.Wash extensions using sulfate free shampoo and conditioner. Avoid alcohol based products to prevent drying out the hair. Wash hair in a downward motion and always use a wide tooth comb. When extensions are in use, we recommend sleeping with a satin pillowcase, bonnet, and/or scarf to prevent friction and proper over overnight preservation. Remember to care for your extensions as if it is your natural hair. 

While this is never 100% preventable, our extensions have very minimal shedding or tangling. This is also determined by several factors that are out of our control:There will be more shedding if wefts are cut during installs or the construction of wigs or units. If you are experiencing more shedding than expected, please contact your stylist to see if he/she cut your wefts. Tangling should be at a minimal as long as extensions are cared for properly. This will require you to store extensions properly, wash and condition in a downward motion, comb extensions from root to weft- working your way up,  and using the proper products on hair. 

Our hair extensions thrive the best when they are air dried. We know this is not always possible so it would not hurt to blow dry or dry using a standing dryer but please keep in mind that air drying is best. 

We pride ourselves on processing and shipping all in stock products as soon as possible. If you place an order before 2pm on Monday-Friday, you can expect your order to ship on the same day. If your order is placed  after 2pm or on a Saturday or Sunday, you can expect your order to ship the next business day. Please understand and keep in mind that this can be delayed during any sale period and the holiday season. A signature will be required for all deliveries.

We recommend using a sulfate free shampoo and conditioner preferably with an argon, keratin, or Moroccan oil. 

While each bundle is not the exact same because they each come from different donors, we manually match colors and textures to be the most compatible when processing orders. Our extensions come in the natural colors black or brown but can be dyed or bleached to the color of your liking, however we do recommend seeking a licensed stylist.

For a natural looking sew in or unit, you will need from 3-9 ounces of hair. Each of our bundles weigh approximately 3-3.5 ounces. So we recommend the following:

12''-14'' - 2 bundles

16''- 20'' - 3 bundles

20"-24"- 4 bundles 

26"-30" - 5 bundles

If you desire a fuller sew-in or unit please add 1-2 bundles. 

1. Always protect extensions when sleeping and when extensions are not in use. We recommend a satin scarf, bonnet, and/or pillowcase.

2. Invest in a good shampoo and conditioner that is sulfate-free and includes an oil such as keratin, Moroccan or argon.

3. While washing hair, do not rub the hair coarsely. Always cleanse hair in a downward motion ensuring you have removed all of the shampoo and conditioner.

4. While combing wet hair, always take your time and start at the ends of the the hair and work your way up to the roots.

5. Allow hair to air dry.

6. Invest in a lightweight oil and use is sparingly to lock in the moisture.

7. For daily styling, do not use heavy products that weigh the hair down. For curly textures, use a water and conditioner mixture to spray the curls.
